Job responsibility
1. Responsible for the basic operation of the management platform, enterprise platform and APP business.
2. Output product promotion content, service cases and solutions, responsible for accurately delivering effective information to customers.
3. Conducted product application training for customers and their employees, answered customers' questions about products, and maintained customers on a daily basis.
4. Sorted out and analyzed user feedback problems, traced the causes of problems, reduced the frequency of problems and improved user experience of products through product optimization and process improvement.
5. Responsible for timely early warning and supervision after the acceptance of customer demands, follow up and deal with customer demands, complete processing of customer information according to the prescribed response time limit, and provide customers with satisfactory answers from a professional
Job requirements
1、At least one year experience in platform operation.
2、English can be used as working language, Chinese is preferred.
3. Patient and meticulous in work, good customer service awareness, communication and coordination ability, good at guiding and handling emergencies.
4、Strong content input ability, strong logic and writing ability.
5、Good business understanding and teamwork ability, project promotion ability, resource coordination ability.

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
