We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead a full stack agile team to develop and implement new initiatives to improve trust and safety on our platform. You will be responsible for carrying out product discovery to identify opportunities and combining internal and external data to develop a vision, product strategies and roadmap. You’ll act as the knowledge expert for trust & safety and ensure the rest of the organisation understand its importance and consider it in their plans.
What you'll do
- Carry out product discovery and be on top of market trends to identify opportunity areas where we can improve our trust and safety measures.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team and external parties like the police to understand how we could keep our users more safe.
- Lead an agile team to develop and implement new initiatives to improve trust and safety on our platform.
- Develop the team's vision, strategy and product roadmap and prioritize the right initiatives to deliver the best results for our users.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to ensure our trust and safety measures are meeting the needs of our users.
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of experience in product management. Experience within trust and safety is a plus.
- You have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and move a team forward towards a common vision. Experienced with agile.
- You are currently resident of the Netherlands and entitled to work here (EU citizen, in possession of VISA, residence permit etc.)
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external parties. Used to presenting to a broad group of people and senior leadership.
- You have accomplished stakeholder management skills, you are comfortable in influencing others and managing expectations.
- You have strong analytical capability, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and identify areas for opportunity.
- You have strong technical competencies, with the ability to prioritise across multi-stack initiatives and explain technical stories to a broad audience.
- You are visionary, with the ability to think ahead and anticipate future needs for trust and safety on our platform
