主要职责Job Duties:
1、 负责办公室前台接待,包括来电接听及转接,快递文件收发等;
Daily reception, including answering or transferring inbound calls and management of mails and express;
2、 负责办公室环境维护及会议室管理;
Office cleaning management and meeting room management;
3、 维护办公室正常运行,包括但不限于办公设备、硬件、装修、水电等;
Overall office administration, including but not limited to stationery and office facility management, commodity and decoration management, etc.
4、 负责对接行政类常规供应商的管理,包括但不限于房租、物业管理费、水电、办公室保洁、绿化、办公设备维护、办公用品采购等;
Admin-related vendor management, including but not limited to paying rent, facility management fee, utility bills, cleaning fee, and purchasing greenery, office facility and stationery;
5、 协助公司团建等员工活动组织安排;
Provide support on team building arrangement
6、 协助HR办理员工入离职和IT设备管理;
Assist HR on employee on-boarding and exit issues and IT facility supply
7、 支持员工的日常行政需求,及时做出反馈及处理;
Provide timely response and admin support to HK-office employees’queries
8、 支持处理办公室紧急事项及其他领导安排的临时事务。
Other ad-hoc tasks.
任职要求Requirements:
1、一年及以上行政或助理工作经验;有相关实习经验的优秀应届毕业生也可考虑;
At least one year’s experience as admin or team assistant; Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience could also be considered;
2、普通话听说流利;
Fluent in Cantonese and mandarin and advanced in written Chinese;
3、能熟练掌握并操作office办公软件;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
4、性格乐观开朗,有良好的沟通能力和适应能力;
Easy-going, adaptable with fair communication skills;
5、细致耐心,有责任心,执行力强;
Detail-oriented, patient, responsible and strong in execution;
6、诚恳踏实,有较强的服务意识;
Has a certain level of customer-service mindset;
7、在2022年4月12日至2023年3月31日期间,必须在香港停留至少180天;或在2021年4月1日至2023年3月1日期间,在香港停留360天。
Must have at least 180 days of stay in HK between Apr.1,2022 and Mar.31,2023, or 360 days of stay in HK between Apr.1,2021 and Mar.31, 2023.
