Administrative Specialist [Singapore]


 

Responsibilities

  • Carry out general administrative work, such as reception, handling phone calls, office supplies purchasing, etc.
  • Liaise with vendors for maintenance of office facilities.
  • Assisting HR in employee onboarding.
  • Assist with Travel Management: itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, etc.
  • Ad hoc Project: arrange year-end parties, company trips, etc.
  • Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by management

Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.
