Responsibilities
- Carry out general administrative work, such as reception, handling phone calls, office supplies purchasing, etc.
- Liaise with vendors for maintenance of office facilities.
- Assisting HR in employee onboarding.
- Assist with Travel Management: itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, etc.
- Ad hoc Project: arrange year-end parties, company trips, etc.
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by management

- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.
