You will play an important role in:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources team members
- Organize and maintain personnel files to ensure updated employee records
- Assist with payroll administrative matters
- Assist with appointment letter preparation
- Carry out any duties as the Company may assign from time to time
We are looking for talent with below criteria:
- Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills, relations building skills and positive mindset.
- A team player who is a fast learner, resourceful, independent, has an eye for details, numerical and highly adaptable to fast changing environments.
- Good computer skills in Office 365, Ms Excel and Ms Words.
- Experience in SAP Successfactors (HRMS)/Humatrix is a bonus.
- Fresh graduates with the above criteria are welcomed to apply.
