HR Assistant (3 Months Contract) [Malaysia]


 

You will play an important role in:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources team members
  • Organize and maintain personnel files to ensure updated employee records
  • Assist with payroll administrative matters
  • Assist with appointment letter preparation
  • Carry out any duties as the Company may assign from time to time

We are looking for talent with below criteria:

  • Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills, relations building skills and positive mindset.
  • A team player who is a fast learner, resourceful, independent, has an eye for details, numerical and highly adaptable to fast changing environments.
  • Good computer skills in Office 365, Ms Excel and Ms Words.
  • Experience in SAP Successfactors (HRMS)/Humatrix is a bonus.
  • Fresh graduates with the above criteria are welcomed to apply.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
