We are looking for a dedicated IT Help Desk to work in a strong technical team and drive our IT and security initiatives by working with internal teams and vendors.

You will be reporting to our IT infrastructure manager and work with cross-functional teams, to identify, document and help users in IT operations across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multiple locations.
  • Perform daily monitoring on Technology Risk covering cyber security and information technologies.
  • Support the implementation of cyber security and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person, over the chat, or through email.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network connectivity problems, printer issues, and software errors.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service and follow up with customers to ensure their issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Document and track all technical issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical staff and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Install and configure software and hardware, as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hardware and software technologies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop and maintain technical skills.
  • Support day to day operation management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in information management system, information security, computer science or related disciplines
  • Client oriented.
  • Two years of experience in a technical support role but open for interns and freshers who enthusiastically want to take this opportunity!
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the following OS: Apple MacOS and Microsoft Windows server and workstation.
  • Knowledge of the following tools Azure ADDS, Intune, JAMF, Qualys, O365, Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of one of the following technologies are considered as an advantage: Crowd strike, CyberArk, Darktrace, Cato Network, Fresh service.
  • Knowledge of banking operations is considered as an advantage, IT audit and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, such as HKMA, MAS, PCI-DSS, ISO, SOC2, etc.
  • “Get things done” attitude, proven ability to work independently on complex tasks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
