Responsibilities
The vacation rental company TraveStaytion is hiring
LOCAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Property Management (Operations, Guest Relations & Concierge Services, Human Resources, Business Development / Sales & Marketing, Financial)
- Organize and check the day operation of the properties that we manage in cooperation with housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Check available stock and determine the need for stocking (coffees, cleaning material,Linens, Towels).
- Responsible for all daily requirements (arrivals, departure, VIP guests, concierge requests etc).
- Responsible for preparing and checking the property inventory in the beginning of the season and at the end of it.
- Work closely with the Maintenance team to monitor and schedule all maintenance activity to ensure excellent condition of each property.
- Maintain records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Create and submit required reports to corporate offices on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare an improvement plan for each property at the end of the season to present to
