Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Manager to handle customers enquiries, prepare quotations and daily sales supports
Coordinate with sales team, customer service and procurement team to ensure sales forecast and inventory are under control
Set up systematics record of customers contract, enquiries, and replies
Analyze markets potential, track sales, and provide status reports
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out customer leads
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Form 5 / DSE or above
Well organized, detail-minded and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on PC skills including MS Office
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Fresh graduate will also be considered
