Missions

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The senior consultant accounting will participate to the team outsourcing activities, migration and finance projects and will provide support regarding finance and accounting matters to the banks using the S2i IT software.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Azqore Financial Services team, the senior financial consultant will participate to the following:

Finance projects:

  • Participate in different IT projects to improve the system according to the needs of customers (finance related projects);
  • Participation in development and maintenance projects of S2i interfaces needed for regulatory reporting (RT01 for FiRE);
  • Accompany the new banks clients in their learning process of the S2i platform (training to the system).


Helpdesk: Provide support on all topics related to finance and accounting activities for all banks using the S2i IT software (accounting, management control, financial reporting, SNB reporting).

Depending on the needs of the team, the senior consultant can also be involved in the outsourcing activities for the banks which did subscribe a finance outsourcing contracts with Azqore:

  • Establish Swiss regulatory reporting statistics for SNB and FINMA (Basel 3 reporting, liquidity reports);
  • Booking of general expenses, invoices payments;
  • VAT reporting;
  • Annual report according Swiss GAAP standards;
  • Monthly accounting controls;
  • Coordination of outsourcing activities within the team;
  • Participation to application of standards ISAE 3402 and ISO 9001.

Migration projects:

  • Participation in on-boarding projects to S2i integrated software (for accounting and regulatory part of the project);
  • Participation in start-up projects for new banks that chose S2i banking solution (for accounting and regulatory part of the project).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Accounting experience in the banking industry;
  • Audit experience.


BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE

Deep knowledge in at least one domain below is required:

  • Bank accounting;
  • System migration or implementation;
  • Swiss banking regulatory reporting;
  • Operations and trading (in particular FX – Treasury and Derivatives).
