The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager defines, builds and implements strategic marketing programs that drive revenue and support growth in the central Europe regions.The person is chartered with researching multiple initiatives that align with the organisations marketing strategy. Working cross functionally and encouraging business relationships with Field Sales Channel, Global Content, PR, Digital and Brand.
The RMM is responsible for strategy development, scope of work, budgets, timelines, performance measurement and partner management for all strategic programs and leading the CE marketing team effectively. Reporting directly into the Director of Growth Marketing, the RMM will have full responsibility of the CE marketing programs and data analysis, delivering efficient reporting dashboards, effective measurement (critical metrics and value) and adapting initiatives to support sales focus.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with Head of Sales on regional goals, build and manage full marketing programs that reflect and support regional focus and align with sales to support growth in region. Devise tracking and reporting systems and build data dashboards to enable full project analysis.
- Proactively build and manage content plans to support marketing programs in line with the wider content strategy for the CE business. Review and adapt plans in order to reflect growth and change in direction when vital.
- Be point liaison between regional sales team and global marketing functions. Taking ownership for the implementation and management of new programs from conception to full roll out and analysis.
- Effectively represent field marketing at regular sales and marketing meetings and deliver plans and updates.
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking to devise innovative marketing campaigns
- Serve as CE point of contact for digital properties.
- React to changing market priorities and competitive opportunities through rapid deployment of new initiatives.
- Effectively review and forecast marketing budgets and targets
- Work closely with the Field Sales, Channel, Global Marketing, Product, Finance, Logistics, and legal teams to ensure maximum alignment and collaboration when implementing programs.
- Lead on data reporting and management, consistently reviewing lead generation opportunities and where necessary altering focus to ensure best lead generation opportunities are implemented. Deliver regular updates to Director of Growth Marketing.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience focused on marketing programs, campaigns, account-based marketing, regional or content marketing, analytics and marketing research.
- Specialist knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent data, reporting and research processes, to inform and build marketing strategy.
- Ability to manage budgets and external agencies.
- Ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Excellent interpersonal, influential and communication skills with the ability to build and implement plans effectively.
- Well-organized, self-directed and motivated teammate, open to others’ ideas, willing to learn, detail orientated with a pride in producing high quality work and setting shared expectations of team members to reflect the same.
- Ability to work across departments to create a collaborative and transparent approach to program implementation.
