The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

About the Team:

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Implement in the development of employee engagement and internal communications
• Build relationships with employees, promote a positive organizational culture and primarily responsible for the creation and execution of internal employee engagement and communications campaigns
• Develop effective internal communications both online and offline channels to employees
• Initiate and develop monthly and quarterly engagement activities followed business direction
• Analyze data reports from all sources to drive and initiate employee engagement strategies
• Weekly and monthly report
• Conducts weekly meetings with Employee Engagement from head office team
• Maintain and update all HR and company policy to playbook
• Prepare and design artwork
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 2 years experienced in Internal communications or Employee Engagement
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation and data analytical skills
• Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced demanding, change management and a challenging environment
• Good team work and can do attitude
• Experienced in MS Excel, Photoshop, Canva, Google suite is preferred
• Good command of English
