We are looking for a Global Controlling Trainee, who will start their career at Zehnder Group in our headquarters in Switzerland, with the objective to develop into an expert role in this field of profession.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Supporting the Manager Global Controlling & Pricing in all Controlling, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tasks for the Business Unit Clean Air Solutions
- Building up responsibility for the global Production- and Market & Sales Controlling process
- Further develop the business-specific Key Performance Indicator (KPI) portfolio, including KPI definition, software implementation and training
- Optimizing and enhancing controlling processes, internal guidelines, and providing first-level support, as well as training to end-users for the BI applications in use
- Getting a deep understanding of the business model of Clean Air Solutions in the context of and as a part of the whole Zehnder Group
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration or currently pursuing one (university, university of applied sciences) or first experiences in the area of the above mentioned responsibilities
- A proactive, honest, and resilient individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and able to work professionally under pressure
- Critical thinker and challenger
- Business fluency in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, experience in SAP and BI Qlik Sense is a plus
