What does this role involve?

  • Generate ideas to drive new incremental growth to the business (partnerships, new revenue streams)
  • You will identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new businesses
  • Establish partnership cooperations with big eCommerce relevant parties in CZ market to generate interest and motivation of the Czech merchants to sell on Allegro.cz platform
  • Assess the ideas, prioritize and conceptualize them - drive them from concept to implementation
  • Engage internal stakeholders to prepare and finalize execution, such as legal, marketing, customer experience teams
  • Create marketing materials required for successful delivery of campaigns

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 4-5 years of experience in sales and B2B cooperations
  • Have the ability to work with external partners on creation and implementation of new ideas, developing cooperation with business partners
  • Display highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Maintain positive and long-lasting business relations
  • Are experienced in assessment/ analysis of potential partnerships, new business ideas
  • Understand the mechanisms of the e-commerce business and B2B marketing activities will be a strong asset
  • Are open to get to know internal systems and applications supporting your work
  • Have excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Communicate fluently in Czech (native/ proficient) and English (min. B2)
