Responsibilities:
- Listens to the calls of the collection team to conduct quality check, ensuring that collection staff are compliant with the regulations and policies in place.
- Prepares reports based on collection activities such as (but not limited to) delinquent account status or progress.
- Conducts data analysis of the collection activities and other related information/data obtained
- Performs other administrative duties in line with the Collections team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any course
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates must be willing to be work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, and on holidays/weekends
- Experienced in collection support/administrative function, and/or data collection/analytics
- With knowledge/experience in quality check/analyst for collection
- CAN START ASAP.
