  • Follow product standard of procedure (SOP) in making food & daily operational
  • Operate kitchen equipment, machines responsibly
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, consumer requirements and the availability of novel ingredients and processing aids

  • Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
  • Train and provide specific guidelines and exacting standards on how to prepare each menu item
  • Oversee basic kitchen operations including purchasing food and supplies, tracking sales and costs, monitoring labor and scheduling
  • Manage cleanliness and quality of ingredients at store
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers
  • Willing to work shift hours, weekend and public holiday
  • Able to work as a team and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

Experience:

  • Head Chef: 2 years (Preferred)
