For our Client, a medium-sized, owner-managed and rapidly growing company in the e-commerce environment, we are looking for an
IT-Team Lead (w/m/d)
in the Bregenz area.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You lead and support a team of 6 IT professionals, create a cooperative and motivated working atmosphere. The team is partly based in the Bregenz area, partly in other EU countries.
- The main focus of your tasks is the management of software development, but you are also responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
- You drive the further development of the IT strategy forward and identify opportunities to optimize and innovate the existing IT solutions.
- You work together closely with other departments to understand technical requirements and develop tailor-made IT solutions in an agile manner.
- You ensure the security of the systems, the integrity and availability of the data and the implementation of best security practices.
Selecting and implementing new technologies, tools and frameworks to increase efficiency is also your responsibility.
Your qualifications:
- You have a degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in software development and ideally in the operation of the IT infrastructure.
- Programming languages like Java, JavaScript (vuejs), T-SQL (MS SQL Server), NativeScript-Vue, 4GL (Sage X3 proprietary language), Node.js + MongoDB, as well as frameworks & tools like Spring, Hibernate, Docker, Jenkins, Redis, Elastic, Kibana, Logstash, Bitbucket, Jira are no strangers to you, API is also familiar to you.
- First experience in team management is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
- You have already assumed responsibility in demanding IT roles, e.g. as an IT project manager.
- You have strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- You are willing to continuously learn and adapt to changing technologies.
- Fluent German and English skills
Statutory mandatory information: the salary depends on the relevant professional experience and is between EUR 65,000 and EUR 85,000 gross annual income.
