Job Description

Wholesale Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify new potential wholesale partners and conduct market research to expand the company's wholesale network.
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and requests from wholesale customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support to wholesale clients.


B2B Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic B2B partnerships to expand the company's reach and market presence.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with B2B partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of B2B partnerships, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.


Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on sales progress to senior management.


Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure sufficient stock levels for wholesale and B2B orders.
  • Optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts to meet customer demands.


Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create B2B-specific marketing materials and promotions.
  • Conduct product training and presentations for wholesale partners to enhance their product knowledge.


Pricing and Cost Management:

  • Analyze pricing structures to remain competitive in the wholesale market while maintaining profit margins.
  • Monitor production costs and recommend cost-saving measures to improve profitability.


Compliance and Contracts:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to wholesale and B2B operations.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with wholesale customers and B2B partners.


Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the Wholesale & B2B team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in wholesale management and B2B sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of wholesale market dynamics and B2B sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Leadership and team management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
