Serco supports the the AT/FP Ashore program with the primary goal of providing installation, configuration, preventative and corrective maintenance on the US Navy's ESS-AV-VTC program, (Electronic Security Systems/Audio Visual/Video Tele-Conference) at various US Military locations in the Japan AOR, (Area Of Operations).

In this role, you will:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment including Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV Security Systems.
- Identify issues, analyze faults, and perform repair of product failures of associated hardware and software.
- Orders and replace parts as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance- A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience OR a High School Diploma with 4 years of experience
- 3 years of experience with access control/intrusion detection systems to include hardware installation and maintenance, software installation and configuration via Windows platforms
- 3 or more years of experience installing, maintaining, and configuring analog and IP based CCTV cameras in windows platforms
- Ability to travel locally in the Japan AOR and long distance. Up to 50% of the time as needed
