Job Description & Requirements
  • Working location: Changi Airport
  • Mon to Fri
  • Salary: up to $3,600

Talent Acquisition

  • Conduct Interview (ForNon-Executive & Supervisor level)
  • Take charge of all jobs advertisement posting
  • Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA)
  • Arrangement and briefing of LOA to new joiners
  • Conduct Orientation to new joinees
  • Creation and update Master record for Payroll Vendor
  • Creation and Maintaining of Employees’ P files
  • Application & renewal of in & Out-patient cards for new joinees

Employee Engagement

  • Involve in planning and coordination recreation activities such as festive celebration, quarterly employee communication sessions
  • Time to time to conduct briefing to employees on new initiatives and presenting referral vouchers

Insurance

  • Tracking of claims reimbursement for WICA and In & Out Patient
  • Submission of claims for WICA cases under Marsh

Exit Management

  • Preparation of Acceptance of Resignation, Termination letters
  • Conduct Exit Interview (Supervisory level) for all resignation cases
  • Termination of medical cards
  • Conduct Exit Clearance

Requirements

  • Degree Diploma in Business/ HR
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills, independent and team player
