Talent Acquisition
- Conduct Interview (ForNon-Executive & Supervisor level)
- Take charge of all jobs advertisement posting
- Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA)
- Arrangement and briefing of LOA to new joiners
- Conduct Orientation to new joinees
- Creation and update Master record for Payroll Vendor
- Creation and Maintaining of Employees’ P files
- Application & renewal of in & Out-patient cards for new joinees
Employee Engagement
- Involve in planning and coordination recreation activities such as festive celebration, quarterly employee communication sessions
- Time to time to conduct briefing to employees on new initiatives and presenting referral vouchers
Insurance
- Tracking of claims reimbursement for WICA and In & Out Patient
- Submission of claims for WICA cases under Marsh
Exit Management
- Preparation of Acceptance of Resignation, Termination letters
- Conduct Exit Interview (Supervisory level) for all resignation cases
- Termination of medical cards
- Conduct Exit Clearance
Requirements
- Degree Diploma in Business/ HR
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills, independent and team player
