Role summary

The Red Fox, an enterprising contributor in the sports betting industry, provides targeted marketing and operational support for two unique brands. With one brand enjoying established success and the other a burgeoning player in the sector, we are expanding our professional ensemble. At present, we're seeking experienced Customer Support Agents who can ensure our clients enjoy a seamless, positive experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar role within the gaming or betting industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high-stress situations.
  • Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts as required.
  • Proficiency in relevant customer support software, databases, and tools.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues across multiple channels, providing effective and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the Customer Support Manager about product issues, service trends, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to cover evening and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to expand product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.
