hat can you expect during your internship in Data Creation?
T
o work in a small but hard-working team formed of 4 women and 2 men, from different nationalities and age ranges. The Creation team is in charge of the item setups of all the products we sold at Viking RAJA, we collect all the information from different vendors, and/or from an external data company, and we take care of the setups, we also collect all the media assets such as images, videos, logos, and compliance requirements like safety data sheets, food regulation documents, energy labels.

- rganize our shared inbox, where vendors send us all the data we request for the setups C
- reation of Item Onboarding sheets based on different subclasses (with all the information depending on the subclass of the products of x set up. I
- nitial enrichment provided by the vendors (to validate and upload in our systems, based on established guidelines). A
- ttend meetings with our stakeholders and coordinate if needed different projects or improvements in our processes E
- stablish relationships with our vendors, and stakeholders. R
- equest missing images/energy labels/ or other data that is missing online Y
our profile 3
- rd year or 4th year Bachelor student with an education in any broadly related area. E
- xcellent knowledge of English, spoken and written. Other language skills such as Dutch, German, and/or French would be welcome F
- ulltime available from August / September 2023 D
