Responsibilities
1. Responsible for promoting the cooperation model between outbound travel merchants and kols, discovering opportunities for matching business in terms of commodities, kols, and content forms based on business objectives, being responsible for matching efficiency and kol transaction goals, and optimizing the existing matching process and product circle selection mechanism 2. Collaborate with the industry and product teams to sort out the standard planning of commodities, personnel and goods matching strategies, kol incentive strategies, and improve process specifications 3. Analyze the problems and difficulties of kol operations, and promote them through corresponding product, content, and traffic solutions. Efficient growth of Daren ecology and overseas travel cooperation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above experience in Internet operation or tourism industry, with kol operation cooperation or organization account operation Relevant experience is preferred 2. Familiar with content platform products and traffic gameplay, systematic operating methodology have a global perspective of the industry, BC double-ended appeal 3. Have good communication skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and cross-departmental co-construction capabilities 4. Possess strong data analysis and strategy capabilities, good at project management, integrated marketing is preferred.
