Restaurant Supervisor
Your role as a Restaurant Supervisor is to be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, with a focus on customer satisfaction and overseeing team performance with regards to standard of service provided to guests. You will be responsible to:
- Ensure that a high standard of service is delivered
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times and handles guest complaints in a professional manner
- Manage and organize staff requirements and duty rotas
- Coordinate the correct execution of all tasks on the restaurant floor
- Conduct training for the restaurant team
- Responsible for performing the monthly inventory for restaurant equipment
- Assist the Restaurant Manager as required, taking on additional responsibilities in their absence

Minimum qualifications:
· With experience in fine-dining restaurant
· Good communication skills
· Arabic is an advantage but not required
· Leadership skills
· Team-player
