POSITION
Registration Management
1. Perform the registration of correspond products to MFDS(Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) in compliance with the Cosmetics Law in cooperation with HQ ORA team.
1.1 Review Formulae, Certificate of Free Sale & BSE-Free Certificate for General Cosmetics
1.2 Follow up Functional Cosmetics registration
2. Review Korean Label & Advertisement in compliance with the Cosmetics Law & other related regulations(K-REACH, Electric & Consumer products on Safety Control Act, etc.) and package compliance
3. Perform registration other than Cosmetics(including Chemicals, Consumer products, etc.) in accordance with related regulations and control reformulation
4. Follow up Product Safety & Quality issues in accordance with HQ guideline
5. Assist Operational RA Manager & RA Director on the assigned tasks
Regulatory Affairs Maintenance
1. Monitoring & Review new/revise regulations and adapt them to ORA work process(including RA system upgrade) under supervision of ORA manager
2. Manage/update SOPs for ORA tasks in a timely manner
3. Cosmetovigilance report to MFDS
Communications
1. Perform RA Workshop with Brand MKT regularly and irregular meeting when necessary
2. Meeting with LVMH HQ Operational RA, Scientific Direction & others when necessary
PROFILE
- Cosmetic RA field knowledge: more than 2 years experiences
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s Degree of science (Pharmacy, Chemistry preferred)
- Systematic & Engineering capability is preferred to improve work process using automated S/W or Tool
- Excellent MS Office(MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
