Job Description
Reporting To: Factory Manager and GM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of syrup preparation as per production program and operation of water treatment plant.
- Responsible for checking and maintaining quality (including microbiology) of product and other ingredients in liaison with quality staff & manpower.
- Maintain lab & lab equipment in order Calibrate as per instructions.
- Follow up IMS program & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiency under IMS program. (Maintain ISO & other Certification).
- Coordinate GMP in liaison with other staff
- Assigned as HACCP coordinator.
- Implement HACCP program coordinating with Plant Manager, Production Manager and Maintenance Manager
- Conduct HACCP review in consultation of Plant Manager as per plan.
- Maintain HACCP records.
- Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control program.
- Inspection of ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
- Evaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant manager
- Responsible for various sample collection as per company’s testing requirement
- Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
- Organize consumer complaint analysis and corrective action.
- Ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
- Evaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant manager.
- Responsible for various sample collection as per company’s testing requirement.
- Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Science
- Previous Experience of FMCG & F&B.
- Experience of 7 years and above.
- Requirement open for all nationals.
