Role: Homes Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated people to join both our Mortgage Team.
We are responsible for our customers Mortgage Journey from first enquiry right up until they get the keys to their new home, and we do this through a variety of channels; our branch network, our Direct team and online. We are available to our customers through the channel of their choice and constantly strive to support our customer through social media, live events, and workplace banking. We currently have roles available for both branch-based mortgage advisors and more field-based workplace banking mortgage advisors. Both roles are being offered on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Guiding and supporting customers from initial inquiry to drawdown
Meeting and exceeding financial targets by converting leads into applications
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
What you will bring:
Demonstrate an agile and flexible approach that best meets customer needs at a time and place that best suits them
Sales experience with a self-starting goal orientated mentality
Be an excellent communicator and team player
A strong commitment to quality advice and high standards of compliance
Demonstrate and communicate market leading product knowledge in the areas of mortgages and regulation
Be detail orientated with ability to manage portfolio of clients
QFA held (however if not fully qualified, a commitment to becoming fully accredited and qualified within 12-18 months)
Hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing Mortgage advice in Ireland
