Our Position

Nitto Automotive is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto. We are looking for "Quality Engineer" for our organization who will be reporting to ‘’Quality Supervisor.’’

  • To organize, implement, direct and manage Quality Control programs in accordance with the Company's Quality Policies.
  • Recording controls and tests according to the customer's statement.
  • To retain the authority to stop work in areas that remain faulty and/or to terminate the pause after certain defects that have been sufficiently corrected, to give approval for shipment to the appropriate level of product.
  • Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 and associated tools PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC
  • Conducting an internal systematic review to meet the requirements of the IATF.
  • To contribute to the work of the QC team by providing the necessary results.
  • Coordinating supplier audits and dealing with supplier problems, supplier 8D reporting system
  • To follow up on internal problems and distortions in production. To prepare a report by collecting data, analyzing and summarizing the results. To organize the retention of faulty parts in the rejection area and to follow the rejection area list.
  • To provide the necessary trainings on the planned dates.
  • To ensure the implementation of the 5S system and to monitor the system.
  • Prepare calibration & MSA & SPC plans, follow up, and analyse the reports/results.
  • Organizing the rework process and calculating the cost of quality losses.
  • To fulfill all the requirements related to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Management Systems, especially to develop a risk-oriented thinking model and ensure its implementation in the system.
  • Manage incoming quality control, production quality control and final quality control

Your Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in the field of Quality
  • Effective communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English language
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
