Sales Support Analyst job consist of a lot of administrative and supporting task related to all our eCom platforms. Our primary job is to be the supporting organ for both eCom Sales & Partner Sales managers, as well as for our eCom Support- and Onboarding departments. Sales Support performs task related to both our Nordic- and DACH merchants.
You will be responsible for variety of tasks such as:
- Price changes,
- Setup of contacts,
- Improvement of CRM systems
- Handling payout fails and other ‘’behind the scene’’ task
- You will work with both front- and back book administrative related tasks as well as more technical incidents
- As we work cross countries (Nordics) it is vital than one is able to comunicate in all the Nordic languages.

- Education: Studying a bachelor’s degree or the first part of a master’s degree within Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy or similar.
- Language skills: for this role is MANDATORY FLUENCY in English, Swedish and one more Nordic language (Danish/Norwegian)
- Organizational skills: They are required to have excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as within tight deadlines
- Interpersonal skills: They must have excellent rapport building skills to establish and maintain strong working relationships across functional and reporting levels
- Analytical skills: They require the ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide recommendations to support the development of long and short-term business strategies.
