As a Scrum Master you are responsible for the implementation and compliance of the Agile and Scrum values and principles within various scrum teams. In addition, you are the process coach for both the development team and the Product Owner.

Responsibilities
- You facilitate the teams and ensure that the scrum teams can rise to great heights and achieve the sprint goal.
- You stimulate the principle of "Fail fast, learn fast", help the team reflect and adjust and report on this.
- You challenge the team and management to self-management and self-organization.
- You are responsible for good team dynamics and you coach teams and individuals.
- You monitor the norms and values of Eurofiber and the open culture within IT.
- You continuously work on the happiness of the team.

You have/are:
- Strong analytical and communication (both in English and Dutch are mandatory) skills and can therefore include both the process and human side in your analysis.
- affinity with software development and experience in inspiring and coaching individuals and teams. You see diversity as a strength and you enjoy making maximum use of the different characteristics within the team.
- assertive enough to engage in a discussion at any level. In addition, you are constructive and creative, you come up with concrete ideas.
In our selection procedure, we consider the following additional properties:
- Completed HBO/WO and relevance for this position;
- Experience with Excel and data analysis;
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
- Scrummaster certificate (e.g. PSM I) is an advantage.
