MAIN MISSIONS
Endowed with a great knowledge of the House and driven by a real passion for its products and their story, you take the customers on a unique journey through the universe of CHANEL and create a lasting relationship with them. The WFJ Advisor will work with a team spirit along-side a diverse sales-team, and report to the Deputy Manager W&FJ.

To be a CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewellery Advisor is to embody the Brand style and values, acting as an ambassador for CHANEL W&FJ’s iconic spirit and raising the awareness, desirability, and esteem of CHANEL’s iconic W&FJ collections.
Responsible for conveying the allure of CHANEL’s W&FJ creations to clients via the human interaction that is at the heart of CHANEL’s client experience, W&FJ Advisors combine strong technical product knowledge with intuitive client sensitivity and a deep understanding of the history and vision of the House. Connecting with clients to create a unique and memorable experience forms the basis of solid and lasting relationships that engender brand loyalty and trust, as both the W&FJ Advisor and client journey together into the world of CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewellery, a journey that celebrates a shared passion for the products and history of the House.
You are the human manifestation of the Boutique experience, taking clients on a unique and memorable journey into the world of CHANEL W&FJ.
- Being immaculately groomed and ready to greet clients warmly and with kindness, poised to embark on a personalized journey within the Boutique.
- Offering the ultimate client experience in a trustworthy and authentic manner.
- Tailoring the journey to each client, offering special care to local clients.
- Presenting and selling any line of products.
- Proposing the services made available by CHANEL.
- Identifying prospective clients and creating a bond with the aim of developing the client relationship in the future.
- Being co-responsible for greeting clients and maintaining the Boutique’s appearance within the procedures set for tidying, visual merchandising and inventories.
- Knowing and applying the Boutique procedures.
- Collaborating with all the Boutique teams to ensure all métiers work together to constantly elevate the client experience.
- Excelling at clienteling to build a loyal and engaged network of clients.
- Following up with clients after each visit to the Boutique.
- Having full knowledge of one's existing clientele, and building a special relationship with each client.
- Developing a client database and building clients' loyalty to prolong the CHANEL W&FJ experience beyond the visit to the Boutique.
- Combining the digital tools available with personalised special care and attention to establish a relationship between the client and the Brand.
- Proposing client journey paths to the manager and engaging with active and sleeping clients to develop relationships.
- Establishing a relationship with prospective clients in order to recruit them.
- Proposing client lists to the manager in order to draw up invitations to CHANEL events.
- Taking charge of returns and After-Sales Services.
Embodying the CHANEL W&FJ allure as a brand ambassador, able to communicate the House’s aesthetic style and share a deep knowledge of the history and codes of CHANEL.
- Appealing to clients' dreams and desire for CHANEL, combining the art of storytelling with a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, its modernity and its expertise.
- Working with the High-End Business teams to sell ultimate pieces.
- Accompanying clients to CHANEL events, preparing new collection launches to inspire client dreams.
- Proposing a CHANEL-style allure to each client. Inciting the client's desire through additional and complementary sales.
- Using and developing knowledge of the luxury field and W&FJ trends to advise clients.
Being a core driver of business growth by directly contributing to company performance.
- Driving individual performance by being aware of personal objectives and forming action plans to reach them.
- Being familiar with the stock to develop personal sales performance.
- Reporting client feedback on the collections to managers.
- Collaborating with the Fashion teams to develop the client portfolio and engage Fashion clients with W&FJ.
- Embracing a learning journey with a blended approach, using digital, in-person and individual resources, driven by personal curiosity, to develop the ultimate level of expertise and embody the Chanel client relational promise.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in WFJ retail environment.
Languages: proficient level of Italian and English is a must, French would be highly appreciated.
