We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, proactive Client Services Manager with the personality and skills to support our Homecare team. This is a full-time position and whilst the majority of the time you will be based in our Tauranga office, there will be some travel involved around our Central Region.
The role forms part of a committed multidisciplinary team that provides oversight and coordination to teams of staff who deliver services to our clients in the community. These range from home and personal care support to full nursing care for complex long-term clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Matching and rostering of support workers with clients
- Involvement in the recruitment and retention process of support workers including performance feedback, education, and training
- Health and Safety assessments of client homes
- Relationship-building with clients and promotion of the Healthvision brand
The work is challenging at times, varied and hugely rewarding as you are helping to make positive changes in peoples lives. There is a strong emphasis placed, on building relationships with clients and their support workers to ensure positive outcomes. Outstanding customer service skills, being empathetic and a good listener is essential to this role in addition to being able to negotiate competing demands.
The role will suit you if you are self-motivated and a fast learner, can remain calm under pressure, have an eye for detail, and approach everything with common sense. Full training and comprehensive induction and orientation package will be provided.
Skills & Experience:
- A health background is an advantage but is not compulsory as good support and training is available.
- Management experience is a must (Coordinator or above level) with a good understanding of rostering an advantage.
- Computer literate
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- A can do attitude and motivation to deliver outstanding service
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Team player attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to relate supportively with others from different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds
- Full Drivers licence is essential and the flexibility and availability to travel if necessary.
