Job Description
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Prepare monthly progress claim and handle claim evaluation, variation orders and final account.
- Certifies sub-contractors claims based on site progress and quantity.
- Reviews letter of award, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender.
- Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with the clients.
- Liaise with the client, sub-contractors and consultant.
- Able to attend site meetings independently.
- Able to work independently or minimum supervision.

Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- With own transport, able to travelling to site.
- Required Skill(s): Auto cad
- Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
