Job Description

An Account Executive is responsible for helping with the auditing process, providing client support and understanding the requirements between the client and the company. This role also includes tasks like searching for new client opportunities and negotiating on behalf of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
  • Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
  • Planning and coordination of account activity, generating sales opportunities, and reporting status of accounts
  • Provide updates and review of sales analysis on daily basis
  • Assist in providing updates for all due customers & suppliers invoices
  • Provide report on clients’ statement of account to sales team and management
  • Cheque lodgement
  • Monitor due invoices of clients, reach out to the clients and also notify the sales team
  • Oversee periodic stock taking and stock balance
  • Track and give a report of all products’ market
  • Supplier invoice organization and filing
  • Any other duty as required or assigned by the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦50,000.00 - ₦70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calabar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Bank Reconcillation: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Financial Statement: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Budgeting: 2 years (Preferred)
