We are looking for a Business Process Analyst, who will design, optimize and support business processes development, ensuring accuracy & efficiency in business processes deliverables. Reporting to the Training & Business Process Manager the role is responsible for:
- Define, design and develop business processes in cooperation with relevant business owners;
- Document processes and maintain documentation;
- Cooperation with Corporate Legal & Compliance to verify process design compliance;
- Strong cooperation with Business & Systems Analysts to map processes to systems and utilize systems capabilities for efficient, fast and optimized processes;
- Provide on-going support to the Production / Supportive Teams during stabilization period;
- Support “train the trainers” both in training preparation and material;
- Support the Production Teams during day-to-day operations and clarifications;
- Periodically review and evaluate processes efficiency, documentation accuracy and perform change/alignment/improvement actions;
- Implement change requirements based on Process Design Procedure; and
- Support Internal Audit requests and clarifications.

Requirements
- Proven experience in the Banking industry for at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of Collection/Restructuring/Legal/REO procedures;
- Experience in process design, documentation, process flows diagrams;
- Experience in collection CRM, Loan Administration Systems, familiarity with RE systems will be considered as a plus;
- Highly motivated, attention to detail and high level of ownership;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written; and
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
