CabCall Experts have a full-time vacancy available for 'QA Specialist" who will be working in the QA department as per company's guidelines.

~ Key responsibilities ;
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
- Listening to live and recorded calls daily and give feedback accordingly.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct training sessions with all staff members on regular intervals.
- Cross-check the QA done by Project Managers.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations (Data Protection) are observed.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Documenting quality assurance activities on google sheets etc.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Creating training materials, scripts and other operating manuals whenever needed.
~* What are we looking for?*
- Properly qualified and experienced (at-least 2 years).
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm, manage stress and work under pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent English-speaking skills (preferably British English).
