About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Test & Automation Lead, who will be the end-to-end responsible for managing the testing of solutions before they get handed over to the customer, as well as leading test automation. In this role, you will be accountable for tests performed by Ericsson, while keeping excellent communication with the customer on test goals & progress.
What you will do
Scope, define and design standard and automated test suites; driving end-to-end teams towards test automation & completion
Track and report on all ongoing issues with testing and automation and help drive them towards resolution
Work with Solution Architects and Project Managers to understand project technical milestones and ensure these dependencies are made visible
Collaborate with another senior Test Manager
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
You will bring
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences with work experience in 4G/5G Packet Core
Minimum of 5 years of domain experience: 5G Core / Packet Core, Cloud and Virtualization, Automated Acceptance Testing
Proven track record in designing test suites for Ericsson Packet Core nodes (i.e. in the area of SGSN-MME, EPG, SAPC, WMG, PCRF)
E2E technical understanding of mobile data networks (4G, 5G)
Capability to handle the in-depth technical conversations whilst keeping the bigger picture in mind
Previous customer facing-roles are a must
Strong leadership skills & self-motivated
Strong negotiation & argumentation skills
