- Mastering the menu and price list in other to provide quick response to customers questions and to avoid unnecessary errors while drafting bills for customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
REQUIREMENTS;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiar with customer relationship management systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers and other gadgets.
- Experience working with customer support.
