Head of Consumer Experience [New Zealand]


 

Say g’day to Joylab and Kapura, two extraordinary communities of top-notch bars, pubs and restaurants dotted across the country that have now combined forces. We’ve both been hard at work for over 15 years creating great businesses and now we’ve decided we’re just better being together. This is an exciting time for the network as we embark on a new journey to create something pretty special.

Together, we hope to create a national hospitality business that is second to none, and we need a strategic Head of Consumer Experience to lead across our large brand/marketing, sales and customer loyalty teams. You’ll be responsible for providing experiences that exceed customer expectations throughout their journey.

As a senior member of the leadership team, you’ll keep the consumer at the very heart of your team’s purpose, and you’ll drive that purpose across our entire network. You’ll build (and continuously improve) customer focused solutions, and manage end-to-end activities in line with short/long-term objectives. You’re passionate about functional and engaging customer experiences, and see new concepts from ideation through to execution.

With experience in both an agile product management/customer service environment, and in developing digital experiences (including loyalty programs), your understanding of consumer behaviour at a macro level means that you’ll drive data-led insights through accurate/timely reporting, while confidently championing internal stakeholder collaboration.
