Lead Strategic Accounts [Pakistan]


 

Position Title: Lead-Strategic Accounts
Department: Commercial
Location: Karachi

We're looking for a "Lead-Strategic Accounts" to join Strategic Brands Team. If you are looking for a place
where you can gain hand-on exposure of the most beloved food brands of Pakistan, then this may be the
place for you.
The ideal candidate is someone who can go the extra mile to ensure vendor's data requirements are
catered in an efficient manner along with finding innovative ways to differentiate these brands from the
rest of the lot. This role will be based in Karachi and will be reporting to "Head of Strategic Accounts".

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cluster of strategic accounts driving commercial and operational KPIs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external
stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet
sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts)
  • Identify opportunities within the cluster of accounts and engage with the team to improve
and execute them
  • Track operational KPIs of the cluster
  • Meet vendors on weekly basis to discuss areas of opportunities and overall performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
