Required minimum 3 years experience in marketing, technology and social media. Looking for a Marketing Associate who will be reponsible for supporting our marketing strategies and implement our marketing activities to gain and retain customers and deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Planning, structuring, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and identifying networking opportunities, events, and assist in promoting our product with marketing material for our booths at industry conferences. Create photo/video to be executed on Instagram and TikTok and other relevant social channels. Support the Influencer Manager in recruiting & collaborating with content creators and Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC prof. for ad hoc & franchise social content. Increase engagement, reach, and impressions across all social media channels through strategic organic and paid influencer activations. Increase earned media value to help qualify and quantify all influencer efforts. Expand positive share of voice through strategic influencer campaigns. Develop analytical weekly and monthly updates on both Tik Tok channel and Influencer Marketing. Closely monitor trends, feedback, and sentiment on our social channels to inform social content. Work cross-functionally with members of the Marketing, Education, and Digital teams to bring social content to life
Adjust social content as needed to meet engagement, reach, website traffic, and follower goals. Increase engagement, reach, and impressions across Tik Tok Channel
Grow professional, influencer, and consumer communities on behalf of the brand
