- Creating Organizational Development
- Creating and implementing staff training and professional development programs.
- Conducting Performance Evaluation.
- Creating compensation and benefits program
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Creating Career and Succession Planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Relevant experience in handling large organization
- Knowledgeable in personnel and process documentation
- Ability to relate and motivate employees
- Provide counseling.
- People oriented and results driven
- Experience in researching and creating compensation and benefits packages
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
