As the Operations Specialist - Finance you will be part of Belgium’s central Operations Team and report to Operations Manager. You will create and maintain operational efficiency and compliance by collaborating with internal and external finance partners, and by providing best possible prerequisites to Sales & Delivery and Operations at all locations. You are expected to identify areas of improvements in our customer financial processes, both pre- and post-delivery, and you will initiate and lead projects and trainings aligned with Management team. You will work data driven to create financial compliance and a seamless customer journey. You will be flexible to support the different needs of the business not limited to customer finance. You shall drive development by engagement, inclusion and by creating Operations-related tasks inspiring across entire organization.
What You’ll Do- Finance, pre- and post-delivery, payments/AR
- Act as point of contact for EMEA Financing and Funding teams
- Support the development of Enterprise Operations and T4B-portal
- Secure Customer Readiness and implement continues improvements to the customer journey
- Monitor and report on financial development
- Secure knowledge within the organization in relevant areas by conducting trainings and/or training material
- Knowledge from working with AR and different financial solutions
- Structured and organized
- Passionate about change management and to work with external partners
- Data analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and convert to actions
- Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Great problem solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Fluency in English and French + Dutch is mandatory
