QA Supervisor
Mitsuwa Chemical (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. - Phanthong, Chonburi
The Company has business operation in three factories located in Japan, Philippines and Thailand.
We manufacture primarily plastic products for automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, switch knobs for steering wheels. The process starts from development, mold making, molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly.
In addition, we are actively pursuing the production of transparent/clear plastic parts, injection molding in clean room environment and molding thermosetting resin to fit maturation and generalization of healthcare-related industries.
- Set-up Quality Administration System for IATF 16949 and ISO14001
- Preparation management review, Internal quality audit for Quality system IATF16949 and ISO14001
- Set-up Quality System of Inspection & Outgoing inspector (IQA, OQA)
- Set-up In-Process Inspection for control quality of production line (IPQC) - Summarize data (SPC) of supplier rejected lot and feedback supplier for find out root cause, corrective action for preventing problem recurrence
- Leader of Quality Meeting when customer has complained and claim supplier
-Monitoring and management of Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Supplier control (Quality problem solving, audit)
- Calibration control of Internal and External
1. 35-42 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in Engineer or Industry or related field.
3. At least 3 years experiences as QA/QC in Injection Plastic Automotive manufacturing company with also not less than 3 years of experiences in managerial level.
4. Automotive manufacturing industries, strong leadership, achieve yield and quality target
5. Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001 / IATF requirement, Automotive customer requirement, Document control
6. Strong background in Internal & external audit related with quality system ( including customer visit and Quality system audit )
7. Strong leadership skill and Hqaving measuring equipment skills
8. Can communicate and make report in English
9. Can work under pressure, strong problem solving skill, and systematic thinking skill.
10. Have a good Relationship.
