Front Desk Officer [Pakistan]


 

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Female Front Desk Officer to join our team. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors guests ,answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget.

Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

•Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

•Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.

•Provide accurate information about the organization, its services, and facilities.

•Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

•Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

•Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.

•Monitor, organize and forward emails.

•Track and order office equipment and supplies.

•Maintain records and files.

•Oversee the office budget.
