Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Olbia as Operations agent.
We are looking for a dynamic local individual who is passionate about Sardinia to join our operations team. This mainly back -office role requires excellent organization and multi- tasking skills. The candidate must be fluent in English and Italian, German or French as a third language would be extremely advantageous. It is essential to be based in the area.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Running, managing and reviewing the planning of our TUI MM excursions and transfers to ensure smooth operation across the island.
- Ensure last minute operational changes to be managed to the detail and suppliers receive all the requests and coordinate these with service delivery teams. Liaising with local suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained and exceeded and create strong working relationships.
- Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Assisting where necessary with our shorex excursions for cruises. This may require going to the port to assist with calls.
- Be the daily contact for the TUI reps for queries for transfers and excursions and provide assistance with any system issues
- Provide support and share local knowledge with both the in-resort and online service delivery teams to ensure clients receive excellent service and sales are maximized.
- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions and transfers to meet the quality and operations standards agreed and resolving problems/liaising with suppliers when necessary.
- Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs and contracts.
- Checking special requests bookings and registering the requirements on the system.
- Processing and updating automated bookings into the booking system.
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Italian, plus fluency in English and German or French would be highly advantageous.
- Strong administration and organizational skills and confident with technology.
- Previous operational/administration experience within a fast-paced tourism industry would be highly desirable.
- Previous user knowledge of Asterix very advantageous.
- Local knowledge of the island
- Able to work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts and weekends)
- Can think things through logically to simplify tasks, working at times virtually and independently embracing our digital culture.
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
- Is a collaborative team player - displaying the TUI values & behaviours required.
